“A very tough game from the beginning, they have
gone ten points and we have been able to return to the game with a good second
quarter in which it was important to control the rebound. They were hurting us
with the offensive rebound and we were able to control it. In the second half
there was a moment in which we broke up the game and went 14 points up. Two or
three of our mistakes have made them get close again and at that moment Bacon,
who we had controlled more or less during the first half, began to score, at
times with good defenses and playing well one on one. In extra time we were
able to hold on, after going fourteen up we had the maturity to endure the
first stretch of extra time and in the end we took an important win”.
